Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Mississauga. The Portal Billing & EDI Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the data entry of Compass invoices to our portal billing customers and is responsible for tracking, investigating and resolving EDI business rejections. In addition to executing portal billings, the goal of the Portal Billing & EDI Coordinator is to understand issues that cause failures resulting in inefficicient manual work, once issues are identified the Portal Billing & EDI Coordinator will work with the appropriate team members to ensure resolution/correction measures are in place to prevent future failures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit Compass account settings (invoice routing, account groupings, etc) to facilitate Portal Billing
- Data entry of Compass Invoice into 3rd Party Portal
- Mitigate Invoice rejections from 3rdParty Portal and EDI processes
- Act as liaison between IDC Credit Teams/Sales/Customer/IT
- Identify & mitigate root cause of invoice issues (incorrect price, over shipments, etc)
- Monitor Volume of Transactions & identify increases that may warrant further automation.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on industry wide 3rdParty Portals
- Train Sales/Credit & other internal IDC personnel
- Create documentation for use of 3rd Party Portals
- Identify opportunities to enhance usage of 3rd Party Portals to further streamline IDC processes (report creation, data mining, etc)

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with 3rd Party Portals such as Ariba, Coupa, etc.
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of IDC processes and work flows; Ability to implement IDC services, processes and procedures - previous IDC experience and understanding preferred.
- Familiarty with large organizational practices and procedures.
- Good team-player and ability to excel in both an independent and collaborative work
- environment.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues to management team or other related departments.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adheres to IDC’s core values.
- High School diploma/GED required, Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
- Industry experience 1-3 years preferred.
- Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Fluency in French an asset (written and spoken).
