**_ Position Summary:_**
Leads and facilitates the daily operations and administrative functions of United Trimen Customer Service team. Recommends operational/process improvements.
**_ Location: _**North York, ON
**_ Essential Functions:_**
- Communicate with team members in order to plan and prioritize all customer service targets and strategies.
- Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures. Continuously review and make recommendations to improve policies/processes and maintain as required. Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Facilitates departmental meetings and scheduling for the team.
- Support the Customer Service Supervisors and their team in problem solving duties with other departments and functions to better service customers.
- Participate in projects, identify and review resource needs with management.
- Designs, implements and monitors new and existing system processes to improve the effectiveness of United Trimen’s service to the Customer Service team.
- Provide monthly reporting on departmental Key Performance Indicators for benchmarking
- May require performing duties of those supervised when needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to successfully communicate with divisional departments throughout United Trimen's footprint
- Resource allocation & coordination of people
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills
- Execute efficiently, prioritize and ability to multitask
- Intuitive and applicable understanding of the financial, profit, external environment to enable good and timely business decisions
