**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Act as a first point of contact for technical issues, both software and hardware.
- Regularly communicate with customers by phone, or in person, to help them resolve their technical issues in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Occasionally, running data cables, and other such physical networking may be necessary.
- Ability to travel to our locations. Special projects may require extended stays.

**Requirements**:

- SharePoint experience is a plus
- 1+ years’ experience working in a technical environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to engage in a highly collaborative atmosphere.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, WIFI.
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must have an accredited IT Support Course Certification
