As a Project Manager, you play an integral role assisting us in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service with our clients. You track progress and inspect quality of workmanship to ensure that emergency and rebuild projects align with our quality standards and adhere to customer policies and guidelines. To the property owner, adjuster, and client, you are the face of the company. You establish trust as you consult with clients, answering their questions and following up with them regularly to ensure their complete satisfaction. You prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimating, to effectively manage the job.

You will be responsible for managing the company’s emergency response and repair services, specializing in water damage mitigation, fire and contents cleaning, mold remediation, complete reconstruction and much more.

Your knowledge of the restoration/construction industry, your skills as an estimator, and your knack for sales help you excel in this project management position.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Attend and manage emergency situations as required to produce a scope of work needed to achieve safe / dry conditions after an emergency event.
- Perform a post-completion site visit to ensure that drying and other remediation standards have been met to company and industry standards.
- Prepare timely, fair and accurate estimates either through coordination with our Xactimate Team or other through the use of stand-alone estimates for emergency services, repair and content remediation/storage work.
- Communicate with insured, tenants, owners, property managers, adjusters, brokers and other stakeholders in a timely and effective fashion.
- Oversee project deliverables and monitor progress from start to finish.
- Manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Manage costs to ensure projects are completed on budget.
- Work with your project coordinator to prepare files for invoicing in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Assist the accounting staff with unpaid invoices including following up with customers
- Ensure client satisfaction on all projects.
- Build and foster relationships with clients and vendors.
- Working with your project coordinator, maintain job management software requirements including entry of dates, journal notes and estimate uploads.
- Comply with established organizational workflow procedures.
- Have flexibility to respond to 24-hour emergency restoration and mitigation calls when participating on on-call rotation.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Proficient in Property Restoration Estimation Software: Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Symbility.
- Ability to effectively work remotely, independently, and as a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required, potentially on weekends
- Clean criminal record

**Education and Experience**
- Existing experience in project management preferably within the property damage restoration industry
- IICRC Certified - WRT, FSRT, AMRT
- Minimum 5 years direct work experience in property restoration.
- Minimum Level 2 Xactimate Estimating Certification
- Excellent working knowledge of insurance industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented, strong values

- Valid ON driver's license required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
