The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for trafficking and managing display and video campaigns on theScore app to ensure client deliverables are met. Working with members of the Sales and Integrations teams, this person is the primary technical contact for their book of business. In addition, the individual will coordinate with those teams on creative, line item adjustments, screenshots of live placements, and insights. The individual will ensure their campaigns are set up on time and accurately, test creatives to ensure proper functionality in app, and oversee optimizations to meet client KPIs. Together with their immediate team, the individual contributes to the success of direct sold media operations.

**Typical Workday at theScore**
- Implement and manage advertising campaigns across all of theScore's digital and mobile platforms.
- Establish techniques, practices and processes to support and optimize the delivery of successful campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to develop and implement campaign optimization strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and improvements to the customer and advertiser experience.
- Identify and help resolve website and mobile product issues related to advertisements being served.
- Run and send reports, maintain calendars of flight dates and renewals, and coordinate with sales staff.
- Ensure that campaign reporting and performance management dashboards are maintained.
- Implement and test new ad products and integrations.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Good working knowledge of the Internet, web and online media.
- Knowledge of/experience with third party ad servers - Google Ad Manager & Teads preferred.
- Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills and a strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms considered a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and an ability to come up with unique solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Ability to work after hours occasionally.
