The Paid Media Manager will manage all aspects of a global paid media strategy and execution, including research, planning, campaign creation, optimization, budget management, reporting and analysis of digital advertising channels. This team member will work within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and with a broader team of Demand Generation individuals to create customized campaigns that span the customer journey that deliver performance with a strong ROI. You will collaborate with global and regional marketing and communications teams across the company to drive forward Prophix’s business goals.

We are looking for someone who is data driven, passionate about B2B SaaS lead generation, and has experience working with platforms such as Google, Social Media advertising (including LinkedIn and YouTube), programmatic and ABM and has strong knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop the strategy and execute holistic, multi-channel global digital advertising campaigns and creatives running on different channels including search, display, social, and video to target different stages of a buyers journey
- Forecast anticipated performance, using historical and industry benchmarks
- Optimize & maintain campaigns through ongoing post-launch monitoring and adjustment on a daily basis, including A/B testing
- Perform biweekly and monthly reporting and analysis based on the performance of the different paid media accounts and the business goal. Provide insights & recommendations on opportunities to meet business goals, performance and ROI
- Build, optimize, and manage search, display, video and paid social campaigns on multiple platforms including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Demandbase and programmatic marketplaces
- Collaborate cross-functionally with specialist teams for content production & design
- Determine and provide recommendations for appropriate daily/monthly/FY campaign budgets; monitor and report on actual spend monthly
- Train and manage co-op/intern(s) assisting with digital advertising coordination and reporting
- Utilize paid media platforms and Salesforce for analytics and accurate reporting
- Utilize Wrike to effectively communicate, execute and track status of campaign build requests
- Responsible for staying up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies across paid performance marketing channels

**Required Qualifications**
- 5 years’ experience working in a similar digital advertising role
- Solid foundational understanding of paid digital media concepts, terminology, and bid-based buying models
- Experience with web analytics, and knowledge of online campaign management and measurement
- Background in B2B SaaS lead generation is ideal
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Programmatic campaigns is must
- Proficiency in web analytics
- Ideally familiar with ABX Advertising on platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Tableau for reporting
- An interest in producing results, pushing the boundaries and expanding the use of automation, data management, and web analytics
- Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at many levels of the organization from managers to team members
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment
