- Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a positive and engaging first impression.
- Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable Mazda models.
- Provide detailed information about Mazda vehicles, specifications, features, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives, allowing customers to experience Mazda's performance and safety features firsthand.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of financing options, lease programs, and available incentives.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
- Handle paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently to finalize sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is an advantage.
- Knowledge and passion for Mazda vehicles, staying updated with the latest features and models.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, projecting a positive image of the dealership.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
