Physiotherapy Aides (PTA) play a key role in delivering Group23’s brand promise by providing an exceptional level of rehabilitative support services, treating every client as a unique individual with specific goals and aspirations. Embodying the virtues of Humble, Hungry, and Smart (HHS), this role will create impactful rehabilitation experiences, turning patients and families into raving fans.

The Retail Services Representative is responsible for ensuring effective inventory management including procurement, restocking, pricing, and inventory controls to ensure appropriate and adequate supply levels for use in rehabilitation services and for patient purchases as well as including management of relationships with vendors. This role elevates patients’ experiences through the convenience of one-stop shopping, and ensuring providers have access to the necessary products to deliver the most effective treatment options.

Minimum Education & Experience
- Previous experience working in a physiotherapy clinic as a physiotherapy aide is preferred
- Experience using electronic medical records and/or client management systems (CMS) is an asset
- Customer service experience in a high-volume setting preferred
- 2 years’ experience of proficient use patient management and/or point-of-sale (POS) and/or inventory management system(s) preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with patient treatments ensuring patient understanding of the treatment program prescribed, including, but not limited to:

- Teach patients basic exercises using correct form
- Clean treatment tables, modalities, and supplies after each patient
- Monitor and assist patients on and off equipment (e.g., AlterG Treadmill, etc.), as appropriate
- Assist in set up and maintaining store inventory
- Communication
- Communicate the strategic direction of retail services, the Physiotherapy department, and Group23 as a whole
- Update and share product information, as required
- Update and communicate retail processes, ensuring compliance, loss prevention, and providing clarity when appropriate
- Provide brace fitting for patients
