**Responsibilities**:

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and execute programs focusing on quality and deadlines
- Drives completion of all required deliverables, with a focus on customer quality feedback and established deadlines
- Creates and maintains project management artifacts such as schedule, resource and resource forecast, risk and issues logs
- Provides unique views of project status updates and facilitates cross development team dependencies and communications
- Provides focused data analysis on project trends, budget, headcount and other metrics to provide projections and insight to the management team
- Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
- Collaborates with core teams and execution teams to identify areas that require special attention or escalations to identify corrective actions
- Collect, analyze, organize and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports
- Strong self-motivator, with a sense of urgency when needed and strong crisis management skills

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Strong Excel, PowerBI/EasyBI, and scripting skills for data analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and leadership ability, to work independently and with cross geography teams with diverse skill sets
- Proven Project & Program Management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations
- Team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines and an aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution team (Asia and North America emphasis)
- PMP certification is nice to have
- Agile** **development or certification is a bonus

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred
