Order Administrator

We are located in Pointe
- Claire and this is an on-site position.
As the team is growing, new job position are being put in place to ensure the flow of the business. We are looking for an Order Administrator to assist with our Production team;
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage SKU system set up.
- Prepare Purchase Orders.
- Send, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure proper supplier signatures are received.
- Liaison with sales and production team for logistics problems such as shortages, late deliveries, and new orders.
- Work with financing and accounting on any issues such as processing inventory and non-inventory related credits/debits after billing pricing errors, inventory adjustments, transfers, and issues.
- Create and track customer and internal tickets.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced Excel, basic knowledge of ERP platforms
- 1 year of experience
- Good communication and organized.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
