Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne.
Le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de fournir à l'équipe son expertise et son soutien pour s'assurer que toutes les activités de contrôle et les tâches essentielles sont effectuées de manière adéquate et opportune. Ses tâches incluent l'analyse et la révision de plusieurs activités complexes des équipes internes portant sur de multiples produits et systèmes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir son expertise dans les diverses activités de contrôle, incluant l'analyse des opérations complexes portant sur différents produits.
- Valider les activités quotidiennes de contrôle effectuées par des personnes désignées dans les succursales.
- Agir à titre de principal soutien dans l'exécution des tâches ou des activités urgentes et complexes.
- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes internes et les succursales pour analyser les anomalies dans certaines activités des succursales, incluant le rapprochement de certains comptes du grand livre général et de certains comptes internes.
- Participer avec la direction à la surveillance et à la gestion des boîtes de courriel et des rapports du service pour s'assurer qu'ils respectent en tous points les accords sur le niveau de service.
- Assurer le suivi des problèmes escaladés et informer les parties prenantes visées ou la direction des progrès accomplis.
- Travailler avec la direction afin de corriger toute lacune des processus ou des contrôles et formuler des recommandations sur les possibilités d'accroître leur efficacité.
- Mener des enquêtes sur toutes les irrégularités et les divergences dans les ententes sur les niveaux de service définis.
- Aider au besoin à préparer divers rapports quotidiens et mensuels.
- Représenter l'équipe dans le cadre de diverses initiatives clés et travailler en étroite collaboration avec son supérieur immédiat pour s'assurer que tous les changements qui ont un impact sur l'équipe sont considérés et pris en compte.
- Fournir du soutien dans le cadre des audits internes et externes.
- Maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les clients internes et externes pour mieux atteindre les objectifs du service.
- Faire escalader les demandes ou les problèmes qui requièrent une attention immédiate et fournir des recommandations ou proposer des solutions.
- S'assurer que les livrables sont exacts, clairs, complets et conformes aux exigences réglementaires et d'audit interne et externe.
- S'acquitter de sa charge de travail quotidienne dans des délais très stricts et s'employer avec son supérieur immédiat à répondre à toute question ou préoccupation.
- Soumettre des recommandations à son supérieur immédiat afin d'améliorer les processus de travail.
- Participer aux réunions du service et contribuer au processus de planification de mesures favorisant l'atteinte des objectifs du service et de ses propres objectifs, et communiquer tout problème ou toute préoccupation à cet égard.
- Se tenir au courant des lois, des politiques et des procédures concernant les produits et services.
- Prendre part à des projets spéciaux et accomplir toute autre tâche de même nature ou d'ordre général demandée par son supérieur.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine approprié et deux années d'expérience pertinente ou diplôme collégial et de trois à cinq années d'expérience pertinente
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout
- Solide connaissance des services bancaires, des dépôts, de VISA, des hypothèques, des prêts, des valeurs mobilières et autres produits de prêt ou de placement
