We are seeking a Project Manager to become an integral part of our team You will coordinate the information exchange between various stakeholders, coordinate delivery timeframes and help with the successful completion of new build projects..

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to challenge their skills.

**Job Duties**
- Act as technical consultant on automotive equipment.
- Prepare project specific documentation to facilitate coordination with architects, engineering consultants, general contractors, sub-contractors and owners based on purchased equipment and agreement with the owner.
- Review architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawing packages for equipment conflicts and constraints.
- Coordinate owner and site-specific requirements within the WD Co-Auto project team, including Equipment Sales Consultant, Installation Team, CAD Technician, Equipment Sales Coordinator and Purchasing.
- Effectively use the CRM to manage and communicate project details and changes with WD Co-Auto project team.
- Prepare supplementary documentation to coordinate, respond to and process changes, site-specific instructions and requests for information.
- Oversee project completion to ensure work is being performed according to established standards.
- Attend on-site or remote coordination meetings between the consultant and construction teams as required by the project.
- Provide direction or assistance as required on the resolution of design issues, change requests, material defects, and equipment problems.
- Coordinate owner/site-specific requirements and delivery dates with vendors.
- Handle customer complaints and comments throughout the project life cycle, including after the completion of the project.
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and delegating work accordingly.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely project completion; assist Installation Team Manager to adjust working schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide peer reviews based on personal experience and knowledge to assist in maintaining and improving quality of work within the WD Co-Auto project team.
- Ensure compliance with local building code and standards, licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory requirements.
- Protect the health and safety of yourself and others by adopting safe work practices and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
- Adhere to established safe working procedures and always wear the proper safety equipment as per WD Co-Auto and specific worksite standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on company supplied vehicle as directed.
- Perform other duties as required by the Senior Project Manager and the Vice President - Equipment Division.

**Measurements of Performance**
- Sales goals and customer service levels have been achieved.
- Account call coverage objectives and the maintenance and growth of our customer base has been achieved or exceeded.
- CRM entries are timely, accurate, and produce the desired results.
- The company’s vendor relationships have been enhanced by the activities of the Project Manager.
- Efficient and effective communication levels have been achieved.
- The long-term image and profitability of the company has been enhanced by the activities of the Major Projects Consultant.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:
