Analyst, Workforce Intelligence

**What is the opportunity?**

Canadian Banking Operations (CBO) Workforce Management Advisory Service is hiring an Analyst, Workforce Intelligence role that will support the delivery of strategic analytics, insights, and reporting to support the transformation of our role design and distribution model. This position will contribute to next-generation data delivery, with a focus on supporting strategic initiatives within Banking Operations and establishing a new standard of services that will scale into Risk Operations at other CBO partnerships.

**What will you do?**
- Develop and deploy innovative capacity analytics to measure employee effectiveness and efficiency within different design models, visualize and present insights, and support leaders in managing a rapidly evolving business
- Collaborate with key partners (e.g., Data & Analytics Centre of Expertise) from different platforms to draw data, uncover trends and changing conditions, and tell the story to support strategic and tactical decisions
- Participate in conversations with business partners to solicit requirements and project feedback
- Create and maintain accurate documentation related to reporting solutions, including specifications, data lineage, technical and business definitions for metrics, and test plan/test cases

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Advanced proficiency in reporting analytics, included advanced Excel expertise
- Proficiency in SQL and/or general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python)
- Change-orientation with demonstrated behaviours to experiment with a passion for learning
- Challenger mindset with a desire to innovate with curiosity and purpose
- A focus on the team and a passion for empowering and coaching to help others be their best

**Nice-to-have**
- University degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., engineering, mathematics, statistics, etc.)
- Project management and/or Agile capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs
