That’s why as the Social Media Coordinator, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in building or strengthening connections to our audiences while channeling these aspects through our social and digital channels.

Being a storyteller is natural to you, and you love turning just about anything into captivating stories. Sharing insights along with creating engaging content for different types of audiences are what motivates you as Social Media Coordinator.

When it comes to analytics, you’re also someone who doesn’t mind sharing insightful reporting on key data and trends to improve campaigns. While you work closely with the marketing team, you’ll be dependent on not only promoting Salisbury’s brands but as well as all the cool, fun happenings that occur throughout the year—both from an employer culture side and customer facing

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitor and report on content analytics and track performance of all digital and social campaigns
- Implement the newest social media trends relative to the gardening and landscaping industries
- Actively respond to comments daily on social media and review platforms (including occasionally on weekends)
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or other similar discipline
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role, and/or a strong portfolio of previous of content work
- Strong enthusiasm for plants and gardening
- Proficiency in the latest social media trends
- Proven record of creating content that has boosted engagement
- Previous video capturing/editing experience
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, and Mailchimp
- Experience with target audiences with a broad range of demo and psychographics
- Ability to approach content strategically and methodically
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
