And all the ideas and opinions are analyzed with rigorous scientific tests and incorporated into our research and development process. As an International Dental Implant Company whose Toronto division is based in GTA, ON. The AIC Continuing Education Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting Hiossen Implant Canada AIC Education by identifying, vetting, and overseeing all aspects of its continuing programming. Hiossen Implant Canada AIC Education currently offers more than 37,000 doctors trained, 1,000,000 hours of training, and 400,000 CE credits issued, including webinars and in-person events. AIC Education also hosts an annual conference and two to four large, grant-funded, reginal conference each year. AIC Continuing Education Assistant Manager also serve as the primary point of contact for the program committee of the Board of Directors and works closely with the Executive Director, other staff, and Chapter leaders in all phases of planning and implementing the CE offerings, as well as on-going contact with educators and trainers who will participate in the program.
**AIC Continuing Education Assistant Manager responsibilities include but not limited to the following**:
- Coordinate and keep track of all continuing education related courses, programs, workshops and seminars
- Assist the Education Manager in marketing and promoting both current and new continuing education courses
- Ensures all course materials are set-up for each course and materials are stored safely after each course
- Checks and maintains course inventory materials
- Communicates, follow-up with all students (CE registrants) and maintains all relevant record keeping and tracking
- Maintains, records and tracks products for loaner program and marketing events
**AIC Continuing Education Assistant Manager Requirements**:
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage a wide array of business-related services
- Excellent time management, organized and strong communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and make presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Ability to travel within Canada
- Dental assisting experience considered an asset.
- Canadian driver’s license required
**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
