**Technical Service Specialist**

**Location**:100% Remote option available in North America.

Onsite or Hybrid option available at our Ottawa, ON site

**Shift**: *Afternoon shift* Fulltime, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm Eastern Time Zone**
**As a TEAMMATE**: Our Technical Service Specialist role is a crucial team member, responsible for ensuring all Natus customer and employee needs are met by providing worldwide technical support for our Neuro product line.

**What you’ll get to do in this role**:

- Provide software and hardware support for our hospital and clinic customers via telephone, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues for a diverse range of medical devices in the neurology area.
- Work closely with Sales, Hardware, and Customer Service groups to communicate customer feedback and resolve issues using Salesforce
- Troubleshoot network issues, Microsoft office platform and Windows computer systems

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Windows 7, XP, 2000/2003; Windows Server 2003/2008 operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting SQL Server, Citrix Server, and Microsoft Office issues

- **Sleep Medicine Experience**
- **Bilingual in English/French**
