**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Check-in and Check-out**:
Greet guests warmly, process check-ins and check-outs accurately, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- **Reservations Management**:
Handle reservations and cancellations, update guest information, and manage room assignments. Assist with overbooking and resolve booking conflicts as necessary.
- **Guest Services**:
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, offering prompt solutions and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and other services.
- **Payment Processing**:
Accurately process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure proper billing and invoicing.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records. Ensure all information is updated in the hotel management system.
- **Security & Safety**:
Monitor hotel security and guest safety, including adherence to hotel policies and protocols. Address security concerns and emergencies in collaboration with the security team.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**:
Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Maintain Cleanliness & Organization**:
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies, brochures, and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
Previous experience in hotel front desk, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
- **Attitude**:
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Team player with a customer-centric attitude
Ability to stay calm and composed in fast-paced or stressful situations
- **Availability**:
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
