**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Achieve retail sales goals by providing superior fragrance service to clients and developing client relationships to build repeat sales and brand loyalty.
- Full time and part time available

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achieve retail sales goal or annual productivity goals.
- Provide full range customer service including product information, sales and execution of all in-store events. Emphasize creating special events to drive the Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) brand.
- Work with Education Manager to learn about the world of PCD and transfer that knowledge to the team at the counter.
- Ensure that all communications with customers are courteous, cordial, and professional.
- Be responsible for counter environment and products being clean, well-organized, and always well-presented.
- Meet retail sales plan objectives and track productivity, as determined by employer.
- Answer and respond to customer requests regarding Dior and its product lines, namely fragrance.
- Provide consultation to customers for selection of fragrance.
- Resolve customer issues or questions by telephone or letter; including research and preparation of reply correspondence.
- Maintain client registration program, sustain customer relationships and generate new business through regular communication.
- Adhere to all policies and practices of the counter and retailer.
- Conduct all other job-related activities.

**SUPERVISION RECEIVED**

Counter or Department Manager

**Qualifications**:

- ** 2+ years** of prestige fragrance sales and clienteling experience
- Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships
- Excellent organizational skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- CRT experience and aptitude in learning how to access computer-based inventory and order status detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office for Windows and Excel
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
