To be a successful Back of House Crew, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of cleanliness & safety.

**Baker Responsibilities**
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, utensils and kitchenware.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
- Uses all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control.
- Keeps all sanitation and temp logs up to date. Assists in labeling product and ingredients.
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Empties all trash and cleans and maintains trash cans.
- Assists with keeping the front of house cleaned and organized throughout shifts.
- Assists with some prep as directly by management.
- Cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains.
- Assists in the maintenance of kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking.
- Cleans and maintains all mats and rugs.
- Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
- Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
- Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.

**Crew Requirements**
- FoodSafe Certified
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on cleaning, ingredients and products
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems
- Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
