**About the team**:
The TikTok Monetization Legal Team provides key support for all of TikTok's monetization initiatives, ad products, and integrated platforms servicing our revenue-generating businesses. Our legal team is growing fast and is seeking highly experienced, bright, and capable legal professionals to join us.

**Responsibilities**:
The following describes the responsibilities and requirements for the role.
- Serve as a dedicated legal advisor for the Ad Sales team.
- Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of a range of ad sales transactions, including advertising agreements, insertion orders, sales partnership agreements, campaign agreements, and other commercial agreements related to the company's ad sales business.
- Build trust and drive strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with a range of cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives supporting the ad sales business goals.
- Build and develop, workflows, templates, trainings, process improvements, and internal and external facing policies.
- Assist with general transactions and other commercial legal matters as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree plus a Juris Doctorate from a top-tier accredited U.S. or Canadian law school.
- Active membership in at least one provincial bar and holding a license or the ability to be licensed in New York, California, Washington, or Texas.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience, with digital advertising industry experience preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of commercial and technology relevant laws and policies.
- Highly organized and able to navigate a fast-paced environment and be highly responsive to deadline-oriented clients.
- Must be a pragmatic, business-oriented problem solver who is driven to do better than the status quo.
