CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - ERP SOFTWARE
As a Six S Partner Change Management Specialist, reporting to the Project Management Office, you will assist Project Managers with change management activities, meetings, and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications using the Frank templates.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Complete change management assessments.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Consult and coach client project teams.
- Support Change Leads and Change Sponsors.
- Integrate change management activities into project plan.
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Support change management at the organizational level.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process (ie. ADKAR, PCT).
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written), team player, ability to work independently, good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interface with a variety of stakeholders both inside and outside the company
- Ability to prioritize tasks, especially in situations with competing requirements.
- Professional integrity, reliability, and discretion
- Understands and applies the Trusted Advisor mindset in the execution of responsibilities.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Location: Waterloo, ON office.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
