About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our supplier quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve supplier quality objectives
  • Ensure the effective implementation of our management system, including daily and monthly performance indicators
  • Prepare and monitor master plans and monthly performance reviews
  • Participate in daily management meetings and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Represent the supplier quality team in various initiatives and projects
  • Support leaders in establishing workforce strategies and monitoring workforce needs
  • Perform trend analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
  • Lead and facilitate problem resolution activities and ensure knowledge transfer
Requirements
  • Strong management skills and experience in a similar role
  • Ideally, experience in Aerospace and Quality
  • At least 7 years of experience in a quality-related field
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of information management software, including SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft PowerBI
  • Knowledge of data management and analysis
  • Strong communication skills and bilingualism (French and English)
