Nous recherchons un (e) représentant (e) des services aux concessionnaires qui jouera un rôle clé dans la génération de revenus, le maintien et l'établissement de relations avec les concessionnaires, et qui veillera à ce que la satisfaction de la clientèle soit une priorité absolue.

En tant que représentant des services aux concessionnaires, vous travaillerez directement avec nos clients et notre équipe des opérations pour assurer le bon déroulement des ventes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de vente sur le terrain pour vous assurer que les attentes des clients sont au premier plan. Vous serez responsable de la promotion et de l'éducation des clients sur les divers produits et services fournis par Manheim.

**Voici ce que vous ferez plus précisément**:

- Représenter la ligne de vente des concessionnaires à l'encan le jour de la vente - en faisant la promotion des services Manheim, accepte et sollicite des numéros de réserve auprès des concessionnaires
- Travailler avec la ligne, les gestionnaires de départements, l'équipe de vente et d'autres parties prenantes pour s'assurer que chaque véhicule traverse le bloc d'encan le jour de la vente et/ou est affiché sur nos plateformes numérique
- Travailler directement avec les clients
- Assurer toutes les préparations nécessaires au jour de la vente (activités avant/après) liées aux ventes physique (sur la ligne) ainsi que sur les plateformes numériques
- Créer de nouvelles relations avec les concessionnaires tout en s'appuyant sur les relations déjà établies pour assurer une fidélisation du client et/ou saisir toutes opportunités de croissance
- Enquêter et aider à résoudre les problèmes des clients ; agir en tant que liaison lorsque d'autres départements sont impliqués dans la résolution de problèmes
- Éduquer les clients sur les plateformes numériques, les services et les produits offerts par Manheim.
- Offrir de la formation sur les plateformes numériques, si nécessaire
- Fournir des conseils aux clients concernant la fixation des prix planchers avant chaque vente
- Servir de point de contact principal pour les acheteurs et les vendeurs
- Organiser le ‘’staging’’ des véhicules et le transport des véhicules (ramassage et livraison) en fonction de la demande du client
- Maximiser le nombre de transactions sur toutes les plateformes
- Réserver et télécharger des véhicules pour les concessionnaires
- Solliciter de l’inventaire auprès des acheteurs et offrir des services supplémentaires
- Identifier les unités vendues et faciliter les transactions jusqu'à complétion
- Travailler avec le gestionnaire du département pour assurer une expérience client cohérente et efficace
- Revoir les véhicules pour vente (sur les plateformes et à l’encan), localiser les véhicules manquants et travailler avec les clients et l'équipe des opérations pour s'assurer que les véhicules sont prêts pour la vente
- Démontrer son engagement en matière de sécurité en suivant toutes les procédures de sécurité et de santé et en modélisant les bons comportements
- Effectuer toute autre tâche en fonction des besoins d’affaires

**Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir dans ce rôle**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- 2-4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle administratif incluant du service à la clientèle
- 1-2 ans d'expérience en ventes
- Esprit de vente, nous avons besoin de quelqu'un qui voit rapidement les opportunités
- Permis de conduire valide
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Excellent sens de l'organisation, et du détail
- Résilient au changement
- Bonne aisance à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes (plateformes numériques)
- Connaissances de base avec Microsoft Office (en particulier Excel)
