Logistics Coordinator

Based in the Burlington office, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the logístical processing of customer orders. Direct liaison with internal and external customers, vendors, customer service representatives and any other persons who require information from logistics. Arranges for shipment of requested items, goods or merchandise. Creates all necessary documents for outgoing shipments including paperwork required for export.

**Role+Responsibilities
- Confirmation of customer orders
- Creation and maintenance of purchase orders
- Expediting of orders
- Creation of delivery notes
- Invoicing
- Creation and maintenance of material masters in SAP
- Create estimation for air freight and exports
- Maintenance of inventory
- Direct liaison for customer inquiries as to the status of their order
- Direct liaison with internal customers including sales, accounting, service and marketing
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualification+Profile
- College Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Production/Operations Management or 3 years’ experience in Logistics
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with SAP platform
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
