**Location**: Surrey, BC.

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday (4:00PM to 12:30am)

**Position Overview**

Velocity Truck Centre Canada, formally known as First Truck Centre, is looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR who excels at creating a high-quality customer experience to work in our Surrey, BC. location. **Primary Job Functions / Responsibilities**
- Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs
- Create estimates for work that is required
- Responsible for accurate invoicing
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician to customers
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated
- Explain all work performed and charges

**Qualifications**
- Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools
- Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
- Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
