We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a **Crew Leader** in our **Maintenance division**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the successful completion of daily tasks and projects.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve excellence in all aspects of their work, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, line trimming, edging, and blowing to ensure the neat and manicured appearance of properties.
- Oversee turf care services, including fertilization, weed control, seeding, etc, to maintain healthy and lush lawns.
- Supervise maintenance tasks, including pruning, mulching, and weed control, to enhance the overall beauty of our customer’s curb appeal.
- Train crew members on industry best practices and safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Previous leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in the landscape or maintenance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the landscape industry, including lawn maintenance techniques, turf care, sod installation, and garden maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, commitment to excellence, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements.
