Mobile Hearing Aid Practitioner/audiologist

Hear at Home is looking for a licensed Hearing Aid Practitioner or Audiologist to join our team and deliver exceptional mobile hearing care services across Greater Vancouver. This is a non-sales role, focused entirely on clinical care and patient outcomes. As a practitioner, you will conduct hearing tests, ear wax removals, hearing aid fittings, follow-ups, and repairs in clients’ homes and care facilities.
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to focus on patient care without the pressure of sales targets or commissions. Our clinic is dedicated to improving the lives of those with hearing challenges, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform hearing assessments, ear wax removals, and hearing aid fittings.
- Conduct follow-up appointments for hearing aid adjustments, repairs, and annual hearing assessments.
- Reprogram hearing aids according to the latest audiograms.
- Maintain digital clinical notes using the company phone after each visit.
- Attend appointments in a professional, neatly pressed uniform as per the company manual.
- Deliver pre-packaged kits to clients' homes and care facilities.
- No sales targets or commission-based pressures—strictly focused on clinical care.
- Participate in monthly meetings set by the clinic.

**Requirements**: - Licensed Hearing Aid Practitioner or Audiologist in BC.
- Experience with hearing aid fitting, reprogramming, and ear wax removal.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel around Greater Vancouver.
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting.
