**Position Summary**

Under the direction of the Slot Shift Manager, this position performs relief supervisory duties from time to time. While not performing supervisory duties this position otherwise carries out the duties of a Slot Service Representative.

**Job Duties**
- Responsible for key control
- Assists guests with any needs
- Provides pay-outs for jackpots where required by regulation
- Ensures the integrity of the Casino floor including compliance with internal controls, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Promotes positive guest relations at all times.
- While not performing supervisory duties, carries out all duties of a Slot Service Representative.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Must be certified as a Slot Service Representative
- Previous supervisory experience an asset
- Must have experience in the Slots Department
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills
- Effective time management
- Conscious attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills for the delivery of outstanding guest service
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be friendly, detailed oriented, fun and outgoing
- Finds ways to **play**; you are serious about work, without being serious
- **Chooses **to make everyday a great day
- Stays focused in order to **be there**:

- Delivers an exceptional entertainment experience to internal and external guests to ensure you **make their day**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.30-$43.65 per hour
