Basecamp Properties is a rapidly growing boutique chain of hotels based in Canmore, Lake Louise & Banff, Alberta and Revelstoke & Golden British Columbia. **Position Overview**

We require a full-time or Part-time housekeeper/ Room attendant that will make sure all rooms are guest ready. There will be some duties that are required to be done daily and others that only are needed on a case-by-case situation. A strong, motivated team is already in place, and we are looking for the same drive and commitment.

Baker Creek Mountain Resort is a newly acquired property in the Basecamp Properties portfolio. The location is remote on the 1A Village and Lake Louise and adjacent to river. Baker Creek is 10 minutes away from Lake Louise and 35 minutes away from Banff. Baker Creek is a rustic resort with 19 stand alone chalets and a main building.

**Salary**: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Full-time/Part-time Permanent

Shifts: 8-hour shift

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/ requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is an asset
