- **The Job**:_
- Providing personable and efficient service to all guests, and ensuring all guests leave with an experience that will make them want to keep coming back.
- Be knowledgeable of all current cocktail, wine and beer selections & specials, including ingredients, specs, recipes and presentations.
- Confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order based on their preferences.
- Seamlessly working with other staff to balance all responsibilities on a daily basis.
- Work under the direction of Rapscallion & Co's management team to consistently refine Rapscallion & Co.'s bar menu, and work collaboratively with other bartenders in fostering a creative & fun work environment.
- **Ideally, You Have Experience / Education**:_
- Beyond anything else, we are looking for someone with; a positive attitude, who is team-oriented, and an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant bartending experience, specifically working in craft cocktailing or with craft beer, is required.
- SmartServe Certification is required.
