**Role Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise in a manner that is systematic, predictable and timely.
- Liaise with other IT team members, suppliers and business contacts to resolve any raised issues.
- Recommend updates and functional changes to provide forward looking and robust business solutions.
- Define and clarify business stakeholder needs and articulate them as requirements to support the solution design, build and the refinement of associated business processes.
- Work in collaboration with Al-Pac’s technology team and partners, to proactively ensure IT security is appropriately addressed across Al-Pac’s technology environment.
**Role Requirements**
- A Post Secondary Diploma or its equivalent in Information and Communication Technologies or Computing Science or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated mastery in system administration and support.
- 3 + years of experience with SAP Basis.
- Experience in Security Design, Customization, Implementation and Auditing of SAP Roles and Authorization (S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, SAC etc.).
- Ability to maintain excellent documentation while performing production support activities.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration including system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of HANA Database administration.
- Working understanding of SAP architecture and integration with other SAP Components.
- Experience of leading & executing SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori upgrades/patching.
- Ability to work independently both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with agility to jump from project to project throughout the day.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills involving diverse audiences.
