**The Opportunity**: We are currently recruiting for a Youth Program Facilitator to provide support of TDD Programs. This is a forward-facing position with multiple points of contact with industry, staff, volunteers, and students. As a growth-oriented professional, you embrace challenges and approach them with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and strategic thinking. **The Role**
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, students, volunteers and partners
- Act as the key point of contact for potential students, volunteers, and partners seeking information on TDD projects.
- Maintain regular and relevant communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitate training for staff and volunteers that aligns with TDD goals and industry best practices.
- Develop engaging, meaningful curriculum that aligns with TDD goals and industry best practices.
- Facilitate engaging programs and lessons for learners.
- Write clear and concise course outlines.
- Ability to effectively network with partners to develop relationships conducive to developing and promoting programs.
- Create assessments and benchmarks to define learner progress and areas of development.
- Measure effectiveness of professional development for staff and volunteers.
- Work with other team members to ensure all aspects of program delivery are accomplished on schedule, within budget, and in service of the clientele.
- Coordinate and attend meetings and training with employees, volunteers, and stakeholders as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in education with facilitation and curriculum development
- Certified Alberta teacher preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience in both youth and adult education is an asset.
- Knowledge in using modern productivity software (e.g. Slack, WhatsApp, Airtable).
- Access to a computer capable of running live video and software.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude with an excellent work ethic.
- Possess flexibility and adaptability skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Experience in working with a diverse clientele and cultures.
- Completion of a background check.
- Must be able to work some rotational evening shifts and occasional events outside of normal work hours.
- Familiar with facilitation in Learning Management Systems.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25.00 per week
