**Marketing Communications Lead**

As the Marketing Communications Lead at ALUULA, you will work to bring the ALUULA story to life, building awareness of the ALUULA brand and amplifying our Partner brand’s stories. To achieve this, you are able to capture the excitement and meaning of these ‘next generation’ products, and are responsible for day-to-day marketing and communications initiatives at a fast-growing technology company.

**In this role, you will**:

- Own and organize the Go To Market marketing campaign plans, calendars and budgets.
- Plan and lead projects working with cross-functional teams, internal key stakeholders, and external partners.
- Be a brand steward, ensuring all ALUULA touch points have a consistent brand voice and understanding the nuances required for the variety of stakeholder groups.
- Be the day-to-day point person and designated spokesperson screening media and investor inquires as well as managing external marketing agencies and contractors.
- Manage communications assets including photography & videography as well as our brand partner’s imagery and graphics for use across stakeholder groups including customers, partners, investors, internal employees, media and more.
- Manage the development of content for use by Aluula and its brand partners.
- Develop trusted relationships with our valued Brand Partners, media and investors, maximizing the positive impact that ALUULA brings to their business.
- Manage annual tradeshow schedule, including registration, booth design, product, samples, PR & promotion, awards entries, etc. May also be required to attend some tradeshows.
- Work closely with the Product Development and Sales teams to articulate the benefits of new and existing products and technologies.
- Contribute to the communications requirements of a publicly listed company, such as press releases and annual reports.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Have superb organization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrates a knack for creative storytelling and the ability to turn that into communications and content.
- You have an understanding of social platforms and are up to speed on social media trends.
- You have (or are interested to learn) the ability to write a corporate press release in a time sensitive manner adhering to standard operating procedures and disclosure requirements associated with being a publicly traded company.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-the-sleeves, get it done attitude. You’re comfortable jumping in and learning new things.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, bonus if it is within the outdoor industry.
- You have experience working on creative campaigns, preferably for a performance brand.
- You are keen to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
- You are confident at juggling multiple projects and can prioritize your time to meet important deadlines.
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it.
- You have the ability and are willing to travel as necessary.
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.

Pay: $66,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
