Waterloo, Canada Home Sleep Care Full time

Home Sleep Care is seeking a Clinical Sales and Support staff member to join our professional medical office in Waterloo.
- Position will provide clinical support to patients on PAP therapy with superior level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

**The Clinical Sales and Support job duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Perform follow-up patient assessments throughout the duration of client’s therapy (yearly follow-ups).
- Properly assess, suggest, and fit clients for mask options.
- Sell and provide information to interested parties on specific products and services.
- Become knowledgeable on insurance coverage and process claims with confidence.
- Responsible for expanding and promoting awareness of supply replacement.
- Discuss warranties and replacement parts.
- Interpret downloads on PAP Therapy.
- Communicate with sleep labs, physicians and sales reps.
- Process orders in person and over the phone.
- Complete accurate administrative and clerical paperwork in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Maintain confidential records and files; prepare documents and reports on the computer.
- Maintain a clean and organized office.
- Analytical skills to assess the best product for the individual need.
- Maintain on-going communication to obtain financial approvals with various funding and government agencies.
- General support of office operation such as inventory, records-keeping, office maintenance and cleaning, remain compliant with all applicable policies and company rules and regulations.
- Exceptional time-management skills.
- Demonstrated background in sales, customer service, insurance, call center, retail or a related field preferred.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Motivated and achievement-oriented who will help our company be successful in meeting and exceeding our monthly sales goals.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Eager to continuously learn and jump into different roles when needed.
- CPAP specific experience or equivalent medical sales experience in homecare would be a major asset.
