Service Department Administrator

Richmond Hill, Canada All Professional Trades Services Inc. Full time

This individual will be the first point of contact for any of our building inspectors, property managers or potential clients. They will be responsible for ensuring each client receives exceptional service by monitoring and improving field service activities for the service department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with preparing quotes for clients
- Create sales orders
- Monitoring software to coordinate/schedule trades
- Budget Tracking/Invoicing
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Overall support to technicians
- Review subcontractor invoices and pricing as per company guidelines to ensure accuracy throughout projects

**Qualifications**:

- Computer proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in QuickBooks preferred
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- A desire to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:
