Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de maintenance hautement qualifié et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que responsable de la maintenance, vous serez chargé de superviser toutes les activités de maintenance et d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos installations. Fonctions:

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des procédures et des protocoles de maintenance afin de garantir un fonctionnement optimal des équipements et des installations.
- Superviser et coordonner le travail des techniciens de maintenance et des sous-traitants.
- Effectuer des inspections régulières afin d'identifier les besoins en matière d'entretien et y répondre en temps opportun.
- Gérer le programme d'entretien préventif et programmer les tâches d'entretien de routine.
- Dépanner les dysfonctionnements de l'équipement et élaborer des solutions efficaces.
- tenir des registres précis des activités de maintenance, y compris les réparations, les remplacements et les coûts
- Collaborer avec d'autres services pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
- Fabriquer ou modifier des pièces selon les besoins en utilisant les outils et l'équipement appropriés.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des progrès de la technologie de l'entretien.

Qualifications:

- Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou toute combinaison d'expérience professionnelle sera prise en considération.
- Expérience confirmée en tant que responsable de la maintenance ou dans un rôle similaire
- Solide connaissance des principes, pratiques, techniques et outils de maintenance
- Maîtrise de la lecture des schémas et des plans.
- Familiarité avec les systèmes informatisés de gestion de la maintenance (CMMS)
- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de supervision
- Capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches et à gérer efficacement le temps.
- Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes
- La connaissance des systèmes électriques basse tension est un plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to supervise a team.

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner
- Manage the preventive maintenance program and schedule routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and develop effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using appropriate tools and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any combination of work experience will be considered
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems is a plus
