As an organization, we provide support to the greater Squamish Nation Community through service. With 12 departments with individual areas of expertise, we ensure Community Members have access to necessary programs and services.

**About The Opportunity**:
Working as an integral part of the Chén̓chenstway Human Resources Department, Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, the position will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including general coordination and administration, The incumbent will work closely with managers and employees to resolve employee issues. The incumbent is responsible for a wide range of coordinating, word processing, research, communications, and administrative tasks. Well organized and with strong interpersonal, technical/administrative skills; time management, customer service skills, flexible, open to learning; and works well independently under mínimal supervision. Some duties follow established procedures while others require independent judgment. Operates at a high level of people interaction and must be able to respond with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy. The incumbent keeps all Squamish Nation information strictly confidential.

***Salary**: $ 57,144 - $ 63,738 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program
