The position of data entry clerk is responsible for creating, maintaining and entering of all data from our field operations and reporting directly to internal departments to track, control, bill and manage work being completed and meet contractual obligations for external reporting.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Spreadsheet creation and maintenance for data entry and project tracking.
- Ensuring data entry and reporting is completed in efficient manner within required timelines delegated by management and our clients.
- Inventory tracking and management
- Tracing Container/ Shipment tracking
- Follow-up on documents from site as required to complete daily close-outs on production, quality and resource reporting.
- Provide Shipment updates for materials being ordered for site.
- Clerical duties as assigned.
- Keep open communication with site personnel, administrative staff and management

**Knowledge and Skills**:
Keyboarding/typing speed
- 60 -70 WPM
Accuracy is essential
Flexible Team Player
Knowledge of Microsoft programs [website] Excel, and Word at an intermediate level. Able to work with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00-$28.00 per hour
