**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance performance and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage cash handling processes, including cashiering duties and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and ensure proper merchandising standards are met.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve store goals and maximize profitability.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in interviewing, training, and team development.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance customer interactions.
- Solid understanding of budgeting principles and sales forecasting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
