Administration Support

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Administration Support Position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Primary focus will be invoicing customers
- With secondary focus on credit and collections assistance along with assisting to call customers to book orders
- Maintaining good customer relationships
- Following up on customer inquiries
- Other duties as time allows may include bank reconciliation and assisting with AR/AP postings
The work shift is Monday - Friday standard office hours.
