**About Us**:
**About the Role**:
The Executive Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the office of the CEO and Executive Team, and is integral to operational planning, managing executive communication, monitoring deadlines, and protecting the CEO’s time. The EA will help train new staff on the executive team and will develop strong internal and external relationships that earn trust and build confidence.

**Expected Outcomes**:

- Administrative Support

○ Provide administrative support to the CEO and the Executive Team, manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

○ Participate in remote meetings and occasional on-site work as required.

○ Manage special projects and assignments as delegated.
- Communication

○ Prepare, compose and edit a variety of documents, including highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, presentations, reports, contracts and proposals of exceptional quality, including those for the board and executive audiences.

○ Assist in the development and execution of campaigns, collaborating with various team members to ensure success.

○ Serve as a liaison between the executive team and investors, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating communication.
- Expense Management

○ Diligently manage expenses for the CEO and Executive Team and work closely with Accounting to ensure approvals and invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Planning & Control

○ Update and maintain electronic files and project documents.

○ Anticipate future tasks and needs and prepare accordingly. Maintain ongoing task list for the CEO.
- Board Support

○ Manage the Board meeting schedule, maintain up-to-date Executive and Governance Committees’ planning calendars and ensure communication to management and relevant staff regarding changes to key dates and deliverables.

○ Assist with the establishment and tracking of meeting agendas, and the flow of items through the Executive and Governance Committees (as appropriate) to the Board.

○ Maintain a consistent and appropriate format for Board and committee meeting documents and work with governance and legal staff to ensure the information meets established standards and requirements.

○ Manage the Board meeting materials, including aggregating, reviewing, and working with senior leadership to create high-quality Board meeting packages for Board members and management.

**Skills, Qualifications and Track Record**:
**Must-haves**
- 5+ years of senior support to C-suite executive
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Conscientious self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment, needs minimum supervision, and can cope effectively under pressure with shifting priorities.

**Nice-to-haves**
- Board experience is beneficial.
