We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator that thrives in a fast-paced role and environment to join our growing HR department, in Ontario. If you are looking to grow and put both your administrative and analytical HR skills into practice, this role is for you.
- **Key responsibilities**:_
- Managing the staffing process from posting the job openings to onboarding the new hires;
- Handling time management in the punch system;
- Conducting exit interviews;
- Administering the employee recognition program;
- Support with other HR tasks such as enrolment to the insurance, employees filing, answering employees questions and more;
- **What is required**:_
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Billinguism (Functional French and English)
- Certificate or diploma in human resources or in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
