**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily flow of operations in the warehouse for their region. While adhering to warehouse best practices, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping assets in accordance with inventory, while ensuring the warehouse is consistently safe, sanitary, and fully stocked. With a passion for gaining product knowledge, maintaining a high level of organization, and multi-tasking, this role is integral in the organization as F12 continues to grow and evolve.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Compliant with F12 standards, you understand how to maintain the warehouse to ensure your job is done quickly and efficiently. For example, you receive and put boxes away right after they are received rather than at end of day
- Prioritizing safety in the workplace, you consistently ensure that safety practices and policies are always followed. This may include using the appropriate PPE when in the warehouse, knowing how to safely lift up to 50 pounds without injury, or how to run Forklift while adhering to OHS standards
- A quick learner, you will learn how to use F12’s internal tools to review client contract asset information in our inventory control system, and successfully navigate ConnectWise to create and search relevant tickets
- A strong multitasker, you manage ad hoc project requests while maintaining warehouse standards. This may include helping with fleet management by making sure they are kept clean and dropped off for maintenance when requested

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Managing regular interactions with vendors, team members, and other departments, you must possess excellent communication skills to address requests and provide regular updates
- With an eagerness to take on multiple requests and responsibilities, you consistently maintain the warehouse checklist requirements daily while completing your other tasks
- Compliant with all safety protocols, you adhere to F12 and OHS standards in protocols and cleaning regimes
- Ability to lift and move inventory, and spend hours walking and standing in the course of daily duties is required
- Minimum 2-year experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- A valid forklift certification is considered an asset
