Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Sales this position is responsible for daily operations in the warehouse and focusing on shipping/receiving orders for customers. They will be responsible for managing inventory, shipping & receiving, warehouse organization and ensuring accounts are processed and taken care of in a timely manner. Organization and time management are key components of this position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and organizing the warehouse daily.
- Inventory management with weekly counts.
- Processing sales and shipping orders for key customers.
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse operations, such as inventory shortages, shipping delays or supply shortages.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Attend periodic sales meetings.
- Provide customer support and updates on pending orders for key customers.
- Cross train to key customer order confirmations, generate purchase orders to vendors and generate customer invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Greet walk in traffic & assist with walk-in sales as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in customer service or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination, retail or shipping/receiving.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills & time management.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift boxes (up to 35lbs.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Access to a means of transportation on a regular basis for small pickups and deliveries.
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
