Sales Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the fastest-growing chewy candy companies in Canada Huer is well-known for its products like The Original Candy CupTM, FrostyTM, Super Mix and Assorted Sours. Huer is well established at popular retailers across Canada and has the exciting objective to double the business in sales in the next 5 years.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Account Manager Support. This person will help manage sales projects for the sales team including private label product management and branded projects.
- Weekly Sales Meetings. This person will manage the weekly sales & forecasting meetings. They will ensure that updates are captured, actioned and shared. They will help prioritize and streamline the sales projects.
- Attention to detail is paramount. This role will support the Marketing team with proofing and signoff on packaging content and design.
- Data-driven: comfortable distilling, presenting and actioning customer and brand performance so that the team is well-versed in the market landscape.
- Gather and communicate channel, market, customer or competitive information and intelligence and assist team on strategy and pricing functions.
- Working with the sales team to support filling out customer new product forms and assist in promotional planning.
- Assist Marketing Manager in updating catalogues, flyer designs, and creation of any marketing content as needed.
- Support on keeping the website updated and working with the sales and marketing departments for recommended content.
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Creativity is a plus This person is encouraged to present ideas to help promote the Huer brand or marketing campaign in new ways.
- Work with Marketing and Sales team to ensure proper messaging is communicated via presentation and promotion materials; collaborate on developing and deploying pitch ideas.
- Drive market research efforts including but not limited to customer purchasing behavior and channel feedback.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2 -3 years recent, related sales experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience with the consumer-packaged goods industry will be necessary.
- Completion of bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline.
- Base knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Direct to consumer or Amazon experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver & results oriented.
- Advanced use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail is a key skill in this role.

Huer foods is a rapidly growing, leading national confectionary products provider in Canada with offices in Langley and Montreal. This position will be a full-time on-site role out of our Langley, BC HQ and will report to the Marketing Manager.
