Reporting to the Manager of Servicing, the Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships will provide support in all areas, including facilitating our premium hospitality program and client relationships, to overseeing a variety of premier partner experiences and events. The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships will support the client development process, including research, contract creation, development of high-quality sales collateral and presentation materials.

**_ What you’ll do_**_:_
- Act as a main point of contact for Corporate Partnerships team on all Premium Seating, Hospitality, and partner events;
- Coordinate, and execute all OSEG premium partner experiences and events;
- Develop and maintain innovative sales collateral and presentation materials;
- Manage select partner accounts and tend to all fulfillment needs;
- Work with internal stakeholders to support the development and execution partnership programs;
- Provide research support for new prospective partners, including category analysis, key contact identification, and obtaining relevant information;
- Other duties as assigned/required.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Completion of post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Administration or other related field;
- Knowledge of core marketing concepts, activating partnerships, valuation, program customization;
- 1-2 years experience in a front facing, customer service role;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and nurture relationships;
- Experience working with Salesforce and Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, when needed;
- May be required to travel;
- Partner fulfillment/servicing experience (corporate or agency side) a definite asset;
- Bilingual in English & French is an asset.
