**LIEU DE TRAVAIL **:Notre siège social est situé au centre-ville de Montréal, avec un accès direct au transport en commun (station de métro Peel). Notre équipe est répartie à travers le Canada.

**CE QUI NOUS DISTINGUE**

**SOUS LA SUPERVISION DE LA CONTRÔLEUR VOTRE MANDAT CONSISTE À**:

- Être le point d’entrée du service des ressources humaines et répondre aux diverses demandes d’informations des employés et des gestionnaires;
- Traitement de la paie aux 2 semaines sur la platform Nethris;
- Participation au processus de dotation (affichage de poste, triage des CV, entrevues téléphoniques, coordination des entrevues, prise de référence, vérification des antécédents, etc.);
- Participation au processus d’accueil et d’intégration (courriel de bienvenue, création du dossier employé, création des accès, etc.);
- Tenir à jour les données dans notre système ressources humaines;
- Coordonner la logistique de certains événements internes;
- Assurer un soutien administratif au président pour divers tâches;
- Formuler des recommandations afin d’améliorer les processus de travail.

**VOUS POSSÉDEZ LE PROFIL SUIVANT**:

- Vous possédez un DEC technique en administration ou un diplôme d’études universitaires (BACC) en gestion des ressources humaines ou administration;
- Vous avez entre 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente;
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des outils de la suite MS Office 365 et un environnement informatisé SharePoint;
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et l’écrit;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent service à la clientèle;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs tâches;
- Vous faites preuve de tact et de diplomatie;
- Vous avez une facilité à travailler en équipe.

**HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION TECHNICIAN**

STARTING DATE: Immediate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

STATUS: Permanent, Full time of 37.5 hours per week

SALARY: Competitive salary based on work experience.

FLEXIBLE WORKING MODE: A mix of telecommuting and office work. We are following public health safety guidelines as they evolve.

WORKPLACE: Our head office is located in downtown Montreal, with direct access to public transit (Peel metro station). Our team is spread across Canada.
