**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We are seeking a **Commercial Finance Coordinator, FP&A** to join our team on a **full-time** basis. This position is based out of our Head Office Located in **Toronto**.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of all pricing across all global retailers
- Update price in the ERP as required & manage trade agreement for retailers across all global entities by working closely with Commercial and FP&A team
- Investigate financial records & assist with setting up financial reporting
- Assist SFAs with setting up P&L and reports in D365 by validating financial information, uploading budget, reconciliation, etc.
- Investigate financial records, discrepancies and follow up with IT/stakeholders as required
- Prepare and update sales reports for commercial teams and Perform daily/monthly system sales reconciliations
- Manage monthly sales estimate templates and consolidation and Manage new product forecast templates and consolidation
- Responsible for preparing and posting month end journal entries and assist with Balance sheet reconciliation
- Assist the global FP&A team on revenue management
- Preparation of ad hoc tasks to support overall department objectives and initiatives

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Strong Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot table, SUMIFs)
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance or related field
- Relevant education in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field OR equivalent work experience
- Attention to detail and strong eye for accuracy
- Strong organization skills to prioritize and deliver on commitments
