**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Summer Intern to join our team in Vancouver for an 8-week contract onsite. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain experience in equipment management within our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Upkeep:

- Ensure accurate asset information including location, serial numbers, etc.
- Capture and upload asset pictures.
- Populate asset documents such as manuals and technical documents.
- Standardize asset naming conventions as per accepted standards (To Be Determined).
- Continuously update parts information and associate spare parts with respective assets.
- Verify operational status of assets and identify any missing equipment.
- Label equipment with new asset tags.

General Organization:

- Organize physical layout and labeling of parts room downstairs.
- Arrange and organize hallway parts storage area.
- Assist in supporting the equipment inventory management team
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment projects and implement solutions.
- Provide general support to the equipment management team as needed.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share learnings and recommendations.
- Cross-functional interest to collaborate with various departments.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Collaborative nature to engage with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with Asset Inventory preferred.
- Availability to work onsite in Vancouver for the duration of the 8-week contract.
