**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to help grow the Advanced Women’s Health brand, increase patient engagement, and support our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, growth, and retention for the clinic. You will also play a key role in launching new marketing initiatives, including the Advanced Women's Health podcast and mobile app, while developing strategies for LinkedIn engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- App Launch and Management: Lead the launch of the Advanced Women’s Health mobile app, overseeing its promotion, user engagement strategy, and ongoing maintenance. Track and report on app performance metrics, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction and retention.
- Podcast Launch and Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to launch the Advanced Women’s Health podcast. Develop a marketing strategy to promote the podcast, grow its audience, and track performance across all platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube). Create promotional materials and collaborate with guests to enhance reach.
- LinkedIn Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy to enhance Advanced Women's Health's presence on the platform, targeting industry professionals, potential patients, and partners. Manage company LinkedIn content, engage with relevant groups, and track lead generation from LinkedIn.
- Patient Retention Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to improve patient retention through loyalty programs, follow-up marketing, patient education, and personalized communication to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic engagement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the daily management of our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and social media analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and suggest areas for optimization.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the Advanced Women’s Health brand voice, vision, and values.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and promoting community events, webinars, workshops, and other patient education initiatives.
- SEO & Website Management: Work with the team to update and optimize our website for search engine visibility, patient conversion, and user experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with the clinical team and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals, patient needs, and overall clinic growth.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, various CRMs, Kajabi, Aweber, podcast marketing platforms, app management tools, and LinkedIn.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to develop fresh ideas that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Tenacity: Strong desire to carry projects to through to completion and inspire others to do the same.
